Our yak chews are high in protein. If your dog is trying them for the first time and has a sensitive stomach, limit their intake to less than one chew per day to prevent any potential digestive issues.

Yak chews start off hard and soften as dogs chew on them. They are suitable for teething puppies and dogs with strong jaws. However, if your dog is accustomed to rawhide and other treats that contain high levels of sugar, acid, preservatives, or dyes, there is a risk of tooth breakage as with any hard chew. To avoid this, especially if you are concerned about their dental health, soak the chews in water for about 10 minutes before giving them to your dog. This will make the chews softer and gentler on moderate chewers' teeth.
